  I did have work related accident and needed to visit Concentra Urgent Care Addison several times . It is a busy place which makes you not to expect good Costumer Care… But Crystal ( the lady upfront that checks people in and out )was SO kind and patient with me. She gave me all the answers I needed and explained well all future Work Comp steps !!!! She made me feel less lost in this whole process , so THANK YOU Crystal ! We need more of you in Customer Care field !!!!

  My first (and hopefully last time) dealing with a work-related injury. This clinic has made the process very smooth and efficient. The case was submitted to work comp insurance quickly. The check-in/out process was easy. The two nurses I’ve had were kind. And Dr K is very friendly and accommodating. Info given to my employee health dept was prompt. I’m thankful this process has been easy.
