“I want to preface this with the fact that I have not visited this office, am not a patient, nor have I worked with the primary psychiatrist. My review is for a new nurse practitioner, Emily Davis. She previously worked with me at the Holiner Psychiatric Group and I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about her. Most people that are unfortunate (like myself) to deal with a mental illness know that it’s not the stigma of people knowing that we have a mental illness that bothers us-it’s the fact that very few professionals actually CARE. Over at the Holiner fast food, one size fits all group, the staff is exceedingly rude, will NEVER call you back, and often times they would forget what they had prescribed me. That was never the case with Ms. Davis. She always made me feel very comfortable, welcome, and, most importantly, that she truly cared about my needs and was trying to help me get to a good place. I take nearly the smallest dose of Xanax possible and have 20 pills a month, and she was the only person at that office that didn’t make me feel like some sort of “junkie” when I asked to get my prescription refilled. Honestly, there’s nothing more embarrassing than that, as a grown adult, to be talked to as if you’re some sort of “addict”, when, in reality, you just found something that helps you get through the bad days (in 2020-thats most days). That’s what real healthcare workers do. Based on a lot of feedback about the *other* psychiatrist, it’s no wonder they can’t keep good staff members. If you are on the fence about visiting the Preston Hollow Psychiatric Group, I’d recommend them based on Ms. Davis alone. Clearly, they hire quality health care professionals.”

“Me and my boyfriend just moved to the state, and Snuffer’s has become our absolute favorite place to eat. We LOVE the service and the food! First time we came here, Daniel was our server and he gave us AMAZING service, he was attentive, had a super upbeat attitude, and suggested great things to eat, like the Nashville cheddar fries which are now my favorite, and he was so friendly. We came back again because of him and tonight our server was Edgar and he was also really attentive, always on top of everything, has a great attitude and is so friendly!! We will continue to come back for the amazing service and the amazing food. Also, on a side note, Danita was just as great as Edgar and Daniel. She noticed my boyfriends tattoos and came over to strike up a conversation and was really cool! She was really polite and helped us set up the Snuffers app so that we could gain points and receive rewards. All in all, best service I’ve ever had in my life.
