I will honestly say that Ismael did more for my family yesterday than anyone i had talked to in a month i started out with a horrible experience everything was so bad and stressful and he fixed the issue i'm so glad i went to this store and didn't do anything else by phone. I think on a personal note that att should be more compassionate to peoples financial situation
and hardship and not taking advantage and see us as people and not just as the next "sale".
