(November 10, 2018, 9:50 pm)Just purchased my second set of wheels from Novus. The first was a set that includes tires and was mounted and balanced and shipped to me in just a couple days for a killer price. They were perfect and I’ve had no issues with them.
Recently, I found myself looking for wheels for another vehicle and checked back with them. They quickly shipped out what I wanted complete with all of the extras like sensors and lug nuts. Excellent service throughout the entire process both times.
The latest set of wheels came to me in the manufacture’s box. Upon inspection, I found one wheel had a slight imperfection. I asked about the return process and within a day or so I had another wheel in front of me. Even though the issue was out of their control, they sprang into action and got me fixed up as quickly as possible. I can’t say enough good things about Novus Wheels. I highly recommend them to friends and family and now you fine people. Give them a call and I guarantee you’ll be glad that you did.

The staffs are well inform on products and services for my vehicle. They were patient and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend them to my families and friends. Go now and try them out!!!
