Crystal and her team saved the day! I ordered faux wood blinds for a DIY project and the deductions were not correct. I couldn't return the blinds because I purchased them on sale. Great company to work with great customer service. Crystal and her team did an amazing job with my shades. They had to clean up the mess left by my previous dealer who disappeared in the middle of my installation. They patiently worked on every issue I had and completed my installation. I wish I had known about them before I signed a contract with my previous dealer! Would have saved so much stress and headache. I will definitely trust them to do any work for my windows in the future.

A motor on one of my remote controlled blinds failed. When I called C&J they were extremely responsive and came out the same day!! (Even though they had a month long backlog). The technician was very polite, knowledgeable and is now welcome in our home anytime. The repair was made. The next day the blind stopped working, another element failed. I was blown away that they came out the very next morning, made it all perfect and did not charge me. That type and level of support just amazed me. I highly recommend this company, customer service and attention to detail is second to none. Anytime anything with a blind needs to be done they will get the call from me.
