Fidelis Plumbing and sales team(Karlee Ross) exceeded our expectations. The team was punctual during the entire process. Karlee Ross is professional and informative. I experience severe flare ups due to my eczema and I noticed a change in my skin after two days of using the system. I'll refer many friends and family members to Fidelis Plumbing. I've had your air-filter running for about 5 hours and I still don't have COVID - so I guess its working. But seriously, I love my new "Beyond" air filter that was hand delivered in a few hours by Karlee Ross at Fidelis Plumbing. It's super quiet and I will feel much more comfortable hosting a small family gathering in my home tomorrow with that filter.

I recieved quick results on our water tests. They helped find a small problem and got it fixed that day instead of someone having to come a few days later. Great to work with and I appreciate everything they did for me!

Outstanding Customer service. We had some questions and needed help with our new System. They Sent David out to help and he was Phenomenal. He educated us on how the system works and helped calibrate it correctly for my home and made sure it was what we needed. I would give David 10 stars if I could. All the people who helped me such as Tammy and Kristy were amazing too.
