Took a while longer than initially told to put my vest carrier together but it was worth the money.

Just want to give credit to where credit should go. Been going to Red's for some time. Red's could've been better in many areas. Since Galls took over, the change has been a 360. Went in there today and were met graciously by several Staff members and Jack Conoly III came right over to help us and spent the next 30 -45 minutes making sure that we picked out the right product for our needs. We went from the duty polos, to the pants, to the belts and then he made sure that we were satisfied with the quality of the product, and how it fit and felt. When there was a size that they didn't have enough of, he re-ordered the item right away and gave us an expected delivery pickup date of 7-10 days. Jack even had one of the pairs of 5.11's altered in length right away and we only had to wait 10 minutes. The store in appearance looks 100% better with product displays and clean. Ample items to choose from and like I said, Service was exceptional. GREAT JOB!!! Can't wait to come back. Thank You Jack and Galls Team... Mike C

Great experience here. I went to another uniform supplier to get my uniform work done. When I went to pick them up they had not even been touched. I arrived at Galls and they took care of me and where very respectful. I explained my situation and they where able to get my uniforms done the same day. Will use them exclusive in the future. Leave it to the professionals.
