The young lady in the store, I believe her name was Alexis, was fantastic, she is so great with customer service and was knowledgeable about the product I purchased, connecting hoses I needed and everything. It's a great price for a slightly tarnished appliance, you just have to come in the store and look at the actual product you're getting.
I was a little worried about the delivery service based on reviews, but Giovanni and Claude were amazing!! They were so friendly, helpful, polite, kept me informed on their arrival and took great care delivering my appliance. That delivery team was top-notch. I am very pleased overall.

Jeff (Store manager) went above and beyond to help us out and we ended up getting a better range than we ever expected. We highly recommend the Sears Outlet to anyone looking for appliances. Their prices are the best around. I am Very satisfied with this location.
(April 26, 2019, 3:47 pm)I STRONGLY recommend shopping at this specific location. I went in looking to buy a new fridge. Our previous refrigerator stopped working one day so I was tight on money and needed a working one ASAP. Nicole, a sales associate there, helped me out with my purchase. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The store was organized and I was able to choose from a great selection of refrigerators at a great price. I definitely will be coming back!!
