Marsh Highland Apartments

I’ve lived in apartments a big chunk of my life, and this is the best one by far. No crazy neighbors, no random charges at the end of the month. Great leasing office, and maintenance that are friendly and fast. Miss Evelyn is the best! Just signed for another year and couldn’t be happier.

About to be our 2nd year here. We love this place. Any and all issues get fixed same day. This is the best apartment I have live in. Management is great always super helpful. Never had a problem with price changes like the last place. Love it here.

I have lived here for 3+ years and I could not have found a better apartment. My neighbors are great also. Kudos to management!!! I have not lived in an apartment where 'maintenance' is key and when things need replacing, there is no hesitation. So if you are looking for a home in an apartment, then Marsh Highland is the place where you are respected, heard and appreciated. I so appreciate Jade and Evelyn. for all they do!

I've been here for a few months and -love- it here. I haven't had a maintenance or bug issue yet. The apartment is well insulated and keeps pretty cool even on the sweltering summer heat days. It's quiet, peaceful, residents and staff friendly and near so many necessities. Plus it's a short drive to Addison, Plano, Koreatown and such.
Finding vacancies might be difficult but worth seeking once you do.
I really hope to stay here for a long time.

We have been living here for almost a year now, we have lived in several apartments here in Carrollton and these have been my favorite. It's quiet, safe, and even though the recent construction and repairs they've been doing have been a little annoying it's to make the property better. It's a good location not too far from Addison, plano or dallas, and literally across the gym!
