“Needed a good freshening up and decided to check this place out on a whim. They were a little busy and TC helped set me up with an appointment later that day. When I arrived TC was ready and with no delay he was straight to work. I have a good size beard and needed a good amount of hair cut. He took his time and did amazing work. When normally I feel rushed, TC took his time, gave me a top notch cut, and shaped up my beard nicely. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend! Thank you!”

“I have had my current agent in Illinois for 25+ years and loved him and his office personnel. I just moved to Texas and I was worried about finding an agent like that again and went on line and read the reviews about Lloyd and decided to give him a call. From the 1st call, they were informative, responsive, helpful and made me feel like I had been with them for years. They helped my navigate needing renters temporarily (we were building a house) and then homeowners and Auto. Even though I thought I knew what I needed, Lloyd and Sherri explained the coverages and found ways to change it so I could get the coverage I needed and save money. If you want an agent who cares about getting you the best coverage and saving his customers money, Lloyd is your guy!”

“The building is beautiful and the people are very warm and inviting...you get many hugs! Our church family, The Lord's Missionary B.C., Pastored by Bishop Marlon Duncan, went to worship with The Fountain of Hope Church Family, Pastored by Rev. Thomas Bessix on last Sunday. Their congregation is temporarily having worship services at this church location. We had an awesome worship experience, followed by a plethora of food and cakes after the benediction. Rev. and Sister Bessix are a blessing.”

“Got all four wisdom teeth out by Dr. Trent Nguyen without any complications. Price was about average. He executed the operation flawlessly which enabled me to have a fast, easy recovery! He's very considerate and makes sure you are comfortable through the procedure. I usually do not like dentists, but he made me felt at ease and constantly asked me if I was okay throughout the procedure. I had no pain after the first day of the extraction. I had little to no swelling. Didn't need pain meds. Only required to take inflammation and infection medicine as a precaution.”

“I have been several times. I really enjoy Nancy. She gives deep and acupressure. It sometimes hurts a bit but it immediately resolves whatever is hurting. The others girls have varied in quality from very nice and relaxing to a but rough. But once I found the right massuse I won't go anywhere else. Prices are pretty standard and reasonable.”

“The entire team is truly amazing! From the receptionist, to Brenda, to Nathan, they are all very professional, friendly, kind and responsive. Despite the pandemic we are all unfortunately living through, Nathan’s team consistently provided professional services throughout the entire process of our case. We couldn’t be more happy and grateful to every team member here who contributed toward the success of our outcome. If you want a 5 star team to work on your case, you need to look no further! If we ever need immigration services again, this will always be our team! Thank you so much Nathan, Brenda and the rest of the team! I finally have my Dutchman back home with me! :) In gratitude, Rosario and Mark”

“So glad we found this place! My son has been going for a year and they are so great with him. The thing that I really love: it’s so obvious that they actually and truly love my kid- he’s not just part of the job to them. I recommend them!”

“I've had nothing but a fantastic experience here both times I've been in. My state inspection was quick and efficiently done, and they even installed some wiper blades I'd picked up. I brought it in today for an oil change and described a problem I'd been hearing. They fixed it for a simple $25. Quick, quality, no BS or gimmick upselling to me, and I'm one of those "easy mark" females who mechanics often try to do that stuff to.”

“A lot of thanks to Mr. Dorsey, we were able to get out our rental house lease contract with the landlord, and have our deposit/pre-paid rent back. We were happy with the rental house, until there was a slab leak back in June. I noticed that the engineered wood floor was popping up, and heard the watery sound when stepping on it. Told the landlord about the problem, and it took him 3 weeks to finally accept it's a slab leak and fix it. Therefore on July 4th afternoon, the landlord decided to shut off the main water, and asked us to stay in the house using water tank to temporarily hold water for use. We refused mainly for our 1.5 years old daughter, and moved into a nearby hotel room. We stayed there for a week until we determined that this was not going to work, and learned that the landlord was expecting our renter's insurance to pay for the hotel stay, not from his home insurance or his pocket. Given this financial constraint, as we as the fact that the repair work will take at least another 3 weeks, for which we will have to move our furnitures as well, we asked to terminate the lease contract. We told the landlord that in addition to the timing problem, we have serious health concerns to have our toddler live back to a dirty water soaked place, and my wife was going through a pre-scheduled medical procedure, making it even more difficult not to have a stable place to stay. The landlord had his brother (who happened to be his property manager and they both live in Austin) to tell us that we should keep our medical conditions only to ourselves, and it's irrelevant to the lease term. At this time I already pre-paid the July rent, so the landlord told us unless we agree to forfeit our deposit and July rent, he is not letting us to move out. After a lot of phone calls, we were out of options, and decided to request legal assistance. Fortunately for us, my wife enrolled legal assistance program through her employer, and was given a list of local lawyers who are in the legal network. I tried to make phone calls, which lead me to Mr. Dorsey, who not only spent his precious time listening to our situation, but also immediately started looking into the related law to help us. The same day he drafted a letter and sent it over to the landlord and his brother. Next day the landlord agreed to us moving out and returning the deposit/pre-paid rent, as long as I complete the move-out cleaning. After I provided the evidence that I cleaned everything as required the same weekend, the landlord returned our deposit and half of July rent, since we were only able to move our furnitures out by July 16th. It was very unfortunate situation that we had such unpleasant experience with this kind of landlord, but we were so fortunate to have Mr. Dorsey on our side helping us deal with such unfair and illegal activities. To me it was the fact that after being pushed around and tried to accommodate in every possible way, only Mr. Dorsey was willing to listen to us and be our voice to fight on our behalf, this truly matters and means so much to us. I never thought the landlord would be willing to compromise until Mr. Dorsey's letter did the magic. Our most sincere appreciation, Mr. Dorsey! Also lessons learned, always good to have a legal support when dealing with unfair and illegal activities.”

“We spent one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown recently. This was our second stay at this hotel in the last few years. The previous visit was very good with one exception -- the quality and service of the breakfast service. Well, I'll tell you now that has been corrected -- and corrected very well! Kudos to the management for offering what is now a very good and tasty breakfast service in the hotel. However, what about the rest of our stay? Ah, yes, just ideal. First, the location of the hotel in The Professional Building provides a natural setting of class, traditional architecture, and a posh environment. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed on the 12th floor. Great views, by the way. Besides breakfast, we visited the bar the evening prior for snacks and drinks. Great service and flavors all around. Overall, this is one of the best Hilton Garden Inn hotels I've had the pleasure to visit. We'll definitely return as it's well worth the visit - and to enjoy the great downtown Phoenix scene!”
