“I work in this facility and have been here almost a year now. Working in the industry for almost 30 years I can tell you that they do a wonderful job. No place is perfect and some people have unrealistic expectations coming in especially if they haven’t had to be in this environment in the past. It’s different than the hospital in terms of call light response times and staffing because it is a different level of care. Most people don’t seem to understand that. Our term residents are happy. Our short term patients get therapy and great nursing care and play an active role in achieving their goals With their families support, they do well. I have seen many success stories during my employment here and the company (Cantex) does a great job of valuing its employees. All of the nurses that I work with have all been here many years and that speaks volumes in this industry. I’ve never worked in a place that had so much continuity in terms of the nursing staff. Bottom line, it’s a good place and I am happy to be here. The company holds us to a high standard and I think we do well on a facility level by meeting the expectation. There is always going to be unhappy customers especially in a service related industry however we have strong leadership that truly truly care about our patients. I would prefer to work for people who care about me and the residents here, that may make mistakes however, strive to do better because it’s the “right“ thing to do than for people who sweep things under the rug like some other places I have been. Keep your chin up team Madison!!its not easy to do what we do but we keep on doing it because we are good at it and we accept the challenge to continue to learn from mistakes and improve. “I have taken a few lessons from Stacy now, and I had a decent swing before (usually shot in the high 80's). At first his changes seemed radical, but the more I practiced I realized that what he was changing was making me look more like a textbook swing you would see from a PGA Tour Pro. I recorded myself and remembered what he taught me, and now all of the "self help" swing videos make sense, although I never would have figured out what to do myself. Stacy guided me and showed me what I was doing wrong and how to make the right movements from proper grip, shoulder rotation, swing plane on takeaway and follow through, and even footwork. I also had a putting lesson and my distance control on putts has improved dramatically. 3 putts are rare now. Distance has also improved with less felt effort in my swing. I had my first round in the 70s and could not be happier. Rather than that new $300 driver, go schedule 3 lessons with Stacy, go to the range a couple times a week, and you will see your scores drop. I can't recommend him enough!”

“David is an incredible doctor, and an amazing person. He is so much more than a chiropractor, he is a vestibular specialist and one of the best physical therapist for vestibular disorders in Dallas. He truly CARES about you, and he will get you better. He will have you do weird exercises that will make you question his sanity at times but they always work. Trust me, I've seen so many doctors and physical therapists and he's one of the very best. If you are having balance or dizziness issues see this man. He will help you. It will take time, and you will have your moments of frustration along the way but stick with your exercises and his advice and your health and overall life will improve. “Care ATC works direct with certain companies and cities to provide excellent one on one care. It is a primary care physician for Quiktrip PPO employees, they are included in our insurance premium. We get free unlimited visits and greatly discounted or even free pharmacy medication. We get get free yearly physical health assessments that is easily viewable on there app. There scheduling can easily be also completed on the mobile app as well. The only down side as mentioned on the review before mine is getting in direct contact with a clinic. You need to call there 1-800 number who then has to confirm you identity then forward your call that may or may not be answered. Overall they do a great job and are super friendly!”

“My grandfather, mom, dad and I toured this facility last week, and we really loved it. It was a great property, it’s nice being by the water and the walking trail. We had dinner, and the food was one of the best of all the places we have toured. When my grandfather came home he said “This place is too good to be true” In a nice way, I could tell he was relieved that there were good places out there. Gerry was great and answered all of our questions. Of the places Josey stood out and Gerry was able to offer a great rate of just $2300 a month *with a $10,000 community fee option you save $500 on rent, so you earn back the deposit through the discounted monthly rent price. My grandfather plans to stay for as many years possible so we are happy with the deal. He is still deciding on which independent living community to join, but the family is really hoping he chooses Lakeview. Will post an update if he does end up choosing it.”
