“Excellent, prompt service. We had a window broken by a golf ball on a Saturday afternoon. The tempered glass had made a mess. We called a few businesses but they couldn't get to the house until the following Monday. 101 Glass came right away. Their technician, working in over 100 degree weather did an excellent job and cleaned up all the shattered glass. They definitely came to our rescue. “Cellgate has been a tremendous company to work with. Our unit has been installed roughly a year ago to date and it has worked flawlessly. We couldn't be happier with the support and the unit itself with its solid construction and its aesthetically pleasing design. The backlit buttons are also a huge plus. Any issues we've run into have been promptly fixed by the fantastic team over at their support line. The only problem that seems to only have a temporary fix is timed codes. I have been in touch will the team at Cellgate to have the issue fixed and I am still very pleased with their customer service. The website & app undoubtedly need updating, but they work flawlessly, so there is no problem there. Thank you.”
