“AJ came out and did my roof last week. I started this process at the end of June and Daniel came out and looked at our roof and told us we had hail damage and explain to us that he will get the insurance company to pay for it and the only expense we would have is me and my wife deductible. She was very sweet while taking my order and even recommended me a smoothie which was made very well by another worker whose name I forget but think started with a K. “I have rented here for a couple of years. The facility is maintained and clean. There is a bathroom near the storage area to use as well. The property manager, Roxie is always very helpful. She answers my questions and gets back to me quickly when I call the property. Cheryl and Skye have helped me as well. Always very friendly. There are plenty of carts to use to load and unload your items for storage, and the lighting on the facility is fantastic. There has never been a concern of my safety when im at my storage when its dark outside. The hours of operation are nice as they are open 7 days a week. The gate hrs are 9AM to 8PM 7 days a week. Its a very convenient location if you need storage as it is right of the George bush tollway. Thank you guys for all you do for your customers to keep us happy and safe! Melissa”
