Four weeks after rotator cuff surgery and only two weeks of PT, but starting to see progress. Stay the course!
(August 10, 2022, 3:59 pm)No pain, no gain. All the exercises are focused on getting my left leg back to the strength it was at before the pinched nerve numbed my left quads. The orthopedic doc will take care of the pinched nerve in lower spine with steroid injections and ATIPT will take care of the physical therapy. Getting better.
