I was interested in building muscle and Mr. Santiago provided me with an individual training program that took into consideration my ability and access to equipment. He reviewed all exercises with me and also provided follow-up to see how it was going. The exercises were fun and I was able to add them to my weekly routine. I felt stronger after a few days of doing the exercises and now have an exercise routine I can use anytime!
