(June 17, 2016, 7:06 pm)I sent Rediform a Lamy 2000 ballpoint pen which needed refurbishing. When I received it later, the replaced mechanism did not work. I called Rediform; they were very concerned and immediately sent me a return label. Today, since the mechanism must not have been reparable, Rediform sent me a brand new Lamy 2000 Pen which is not inexpensive. To me that went above and beyond and I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. Thank you for you prompt and courteous response to my dilemma. Karen Breau Sermersheim
