  I've been seeing Dr. Pels since I was 13. I have "complex" needs when it comes to vision and she has always taken the time with me to make sure I have the best possible vision. My life is substantially better because she has been a part of it. I can't recommend her enough.

  I will drive from wherever I live to see Dr. Sandra Elston. Her thorough process of evaluating all my vision needs is superior! She listens, responds and suggests things that will truly make a difference in my vision care. Truly loves what she does.

  Always outstanding optical care. Staff is terrific and Dr. Pels is the best out there. Thorough with excellent explanation and reliable insight. I recommend Coppell Vision Center without reservation.

  The staff was very prompt and courteous when we arrived. I am on oxygen 24/7 and the staff wasted no time getting me into a testing room. The eye technician explained every test which showed her professional knowledge. Dr. Pells performed my eye exam and advised that my existing glasses were still good as due to my age 70 she did not expect to correct my vision to 20/20. However, my right eye was weaker. So she offered to cut new lenses to fit my existing frames. That savings plus a 15% senior citizen discount really helped make the decision to proceed with new lenses. Over all an outstanding visit.
