Super nice trails with beautiful natural waters and critters. Recommend coming here if you want a peaceful hike with nature.
Some lovely wooded trails branch out of the short, paved one. You can do them all once in about 40 minutes at a gentle pace. Some involve using stepping stones to cross little little creaks, and most of the trails, shaded all year round by junipers and cedar have just enough of climbs to keep things from getting too... flat. There's a nature center for kids here too, which is brand new and very well designed.
Fun place to take your kids to go hiking. Its easy yet full of cool facts around.
Plenty of parking, policemen patrol to make sure everything is good to go and plenty of Pokemon Go Stops :).
There was a lot of chairs and tables and the trails were maintained nicely. Management Paints over some stubs in red so you do not trip.
Come during November and December its Pretty!
Such a cute and small trail! In comparison of other nature preserves I've visited, this area has that miniature enchanted forest feel with tons of cute bridges, walkways, bird feeders, etc. There weren't many people out here either, I went on a Wednesday but only spotted about 2 other groups here the entire 3 hours I was here. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves which made the whole experience that much more relaxing.
Great trails!
