The Club at Riverchase Apartments

I have friends that live at this apartment community. The events that are hosted are great. I love how my friends know all of their neighbors.

We love the Club at Riverchase. We are on our third lease here and we can’t imagine living anywhere else. 🥰 The apartment life team has made living here fun and we love how it is so family friendly and safe. Each month we have different events. We have lived in 2 different apartments here (downsized) and both have been beautiful.

We moved into The Club at Riverchase apartments in July of 2020. My husband and I have been very pleased overall with living here. The week we moved in we were welcomed into their community. They have an apartment life team on staff that holds a variety of events monthly that the whole family can enjoy. This has really made living here such an enjoyable experience and really makes living here unique. We not get the chance to win fun prizes from events, but we get to meet our neighbors through food truck events as well as the other events they hold (both virtually and in person with social distancing). The apartment complex is also efficient and clear with their communication with residents through texts, emails, etc.

The only things I can think of that could be improved is having the dumpsters on sight be emptied more frequently as well as having the gates into the complex fixed on a consistent basis. Other than that, this place has exceeded our expectations!

Amazing location and neighborhood! The office staff are so welcoming and helpful to answer any questions I have. Maintenance staff completes work order super quickly! Resident events are so fun, even the virtual events! They treat their residents wonderful and really make us feel important!!
Would 10 out of 10 recommend everyone calling The Club at Riverchase home!
