1 Stop Pool Store

Just wanted to drop a note to whom it may concern. Brian & Axel are outstanding customer service leaders

Great 1 stop shop as the name suggests. A hidden gem. Wanted only 1 thing but walked out with a lot more for my pool. Friendly staff and very helpful.

I visited this store today, looking for a replacement for my aged pool cleaner. One of the associates, Brian, came out and walked through the various options for me.

He was super knowledgeable ... explaining which Polaris had the best maintenance record, how I could save money with a rebate, but then ultimately suggesting that maybe I didn’t need a new unit. Turns out I didn’t. My aged Polaris just needed new tires, a reconnected hose and some adjusting of the rotor that drives the wheels.

And Brian did it all while I waited, explaining everything as I watched. It was amazing. He could have sold me the most expensive model. He could have given me a bunch of unclear choices that probably would have made me delay my purchase. He could have kept my Polaris for a week and charged me a small fortune while I waited.

Instead, he provided polite, friendly, service and all of the information I needed. (And it was much more affordable than a new unit.)

In short, he treated me like a valued customer and in doing so, definitely gained a repeat customer. And when I do need a new Polaris, I will not hesitate to buy it at this store.
