Absolutely wonderful! I was nervous taking my 2 year old for her first visit and the entire staff was welcoming and sweet and made my daughter feel comfortable. Office is cute and clean.

This office staff did a wonderful job accommodating both of my kids at the same time while maintaining a calm and stress-free environment for my family. Both of my kids are...difficult, to say the least, and we were in and out in under an hour. I loved that everything was emailed and she invited us to call if we needed anything to maintain an open line of communication. We will definitely continue our visits with Dr. Karen and her staff for as long as she will have us.

Also, this office did an excellent job scheduling during a pandemic as we were not met with another patient the entire time we were there and everything was spread out so if there were 2 families, there was more than sufficient social distancing space for everyone to feel comfortable.

Dr Karen is very friendly and so are the other staffs. My daughter usually gets scared of doctor appointments but here it’s completely different story. She was entertained with games and movies and also got surprise toy .I’d definitely recommend Coppell Pediatric Dentistry. Everyone in the office is just so friendly and welcoming. Dr Karen was super super nice and explained everything in detail that was easy to understand. The nurse we had was WONDERFUL!!! Just an all around perfect experience and I highly suggest this to anyone. Loved my visit!

The doctor was amazing. The staff was amazing! It was our first time and they treated us like family! I’m a single mom and I’m very particular on how my son is treated by other people. And the whole staff was just so amazing I hope that my son is able to come here until he can’t anymore! I highly recommend!!!
