“Love Fit by Design! This gym is clean, well stocked, and never crowded. Trainers use Fit3D to scan clients for body shape, weight, fat percentages, etc., which helps in evaluating the clients' health needs and goals. This tool can also be an encouragement in showing the progress made as time goes on. I have really enjoyed the knowledge I've gained from the scanning and am always pleased with the privacy I'm given while going through the scan. It has been both fun and helpful to see my progress since I've begun my training. In that vein, my trainer Kris is professional, respectful, and so knowledgeable! I feel confident that he will help me meet my health goals, keep me from injury, and make my workouts a positive experience! I have also trained with Austin, who, like Kris, is respectful and kind. Although I haven't trained with anyone else, I have only witnessed positive interactions around me at Fit by Design. I highly recommend this gym to anyone--star athlete to couch potato! More important than throwing, they got me sleeping again. After surgery, sleep was the biggest struggle but they took care of me.
