“Great experience. I live in Houston and use my local Walgreens there exclusively. Recently, I had back disc replacement surgery in Dallas and stayed with my in-laws for the recovery period. I called this Walgreens ahead of time to make sure they could and would handle a new prescription of pain medications. The Pharmacist Jo looked up my account in Houston, said ‘no problem’ and even reordered the medicine I would need ahead of time to make sure enough of it was there for me. When my wife went to fill the prescription, they expedited it and it was ready within the hour. Great service. Walgreens, you should be proud of this store’s staff!!”

“I've had chronic neck pain for nearly 2 years which wasn't resolved with standard chiro care or other methods I tried. I had become resigned that I may experience this pain permanently. I entered the new year with fresh resolve to find a solution and found Airrosti and Dr. Cain. I've had 2 visits and absolutely feel significant improvement. You do need to commit to keeping up with simple daily exercises at home, but it's well worth the effort. I highly recommend.”

“I really like the Dr at the Coppell location, but it's been an expensive experience. I was over charged for my allergy shots for almost a year. I only found out by accident when I was on the phone with my insurance provider. It took some work but they did refund my credit card. I also took a simple blood test that my Dr recommended, but the front desk did not check my insurance... it turns out the test has been considered experimental for more than a year by most insurance companies. I've spent many hours over the last 4 months with the lab, my insurance provider and the Dr office trying to get the cost reduced... no luck so far so it's looking like I'll be paying $1200 out-of-pocket for a test that confirmed I am allergic to a banana and other foods... not worth it to me. If you choose this Dr, in order to save a couple of hundred bucks, I suggest you learn about insurance procedure/diagnostics codes. It's been a real education on how insurance works. Having poor procedures in a Dr's front office can cost you big time so beware.”

“I found Tulsi Desai on my community Facebook group promoting her business. I have never heard of a pelvic floor therapist, so I did research. I also viewed her page and watched the videos she posted. I thought she was very dedicated to her work and it intrigued me. When a therapist truly cares about their patients then the results are amazing. I have a weak pelvic floor after the birth of my two little boys. I have a mommy pooch that won’t go away no matter the amount of excercise and diet I do. I have back pain that never seems to ease. I finally reached out to Tulsi and got her voice mail, I didn’t leave a message so she called me. I was so thankful that she called me and she spoke to me for about an hour. She listened to my issues and offered a free evaluation. I went to see her and she was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate her honesty, her thoroughness and her standards. I had a shoulder injury that she referred me to a sports massage therapist to fix for a cheaper price. (I am relieved of my pain and feeling much better and my wallet remained fat!) as for Tulsi, I signed up for 10 sessions. I have already had 5 and we have made awesome progress. I feel like my pelvic floor is getting stronger and my ribs and diaphragm and digestive system all moves freely and much better. So much less pressure. It’s amazing what bearing a child can do to our bodies. I highly recommend Tulsi Desai she is such an awesome person and completely obsessed with healing her patients. I appreciate your hard work and dedication thank you Tulsi ???????? can’t wait to see my body after the rest of my sessions.”
