(March 1, 2021, 6:07 pm)Cool place to workout. The saunas are available 24hours a day. You must purchase their special mat and towel mat to workout in the saunas. Free weight area in the back. Clean facility.

(February 9, 2021, 12:18 pm)I really like this location and this workout! I use to attend the Mckinney location but driving thru uptown and find parking gave me anxiety! Lol so I switched this one. The customer service is always spot on, the facility is always cleaned or being clean, and I earn the burn!! I frequently workout in my little room by myself and i focus and push through💪.
