I have bought several pieces from cantoni over the years. My assistant broke a wheel off my office chair and I was praying I could get a replacement wheel as I love this chair. This chair was 5 years old so I wasn't hopeful, however Perla was able to find it and send me a new one. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!
