(July 15, 2020, 5:53 pm)I rarely give 5 stars for a restaurant. However this place was a real pleasure to dine at.
It isn't a "fine dining" experience, the restaurant was more in line with a community staple. One that has remained in the family for years. (I do not pretend I know the backstory. I am describing the feeling of the place)
They had a very good variety of dishes on menu. Each one was prepared perfectly. There wasn't too much to pick from but just enough.
I do want to say that it is a sushi restaurant that assumes you know the ingredients corresponding with the names of the dish. The menu has been downgraded to a sheet of disposable paper to help keep people safe during this COVID 19 environment. The restaurant also was at 50% or less capacity which made the experience even more relaxing.

I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. everytime I want to go to a delicious lunchon, this is the place that comes right away to my head. very good and all sorts of food and a large list of dishes.trained staff, and pleasant atmosphere. In addition to that, the tariff is reasonable. I praise this place with no doubt.
(May 13, 2020, 11:40 pm)My favorite place in Addison for some excellent Sushi and Sashimi. Good atmosphere and reminds me of my days in Japan. Discovered this a cpl of years ago and now is on my top 10 list in DFW. They also do other Japanese cuisine entrees and appetizers. Refreshing to find a place that's authentic Japanese.
(March 4, 2019, 11:25 am)There are many sushi places like Mr. Sushi but this is My Sushi place! I particularly love practicing my Japanese with my Chef's. I adore it when they give me a hard time and tell me they are all out of salmon skin and I make them laugh when I act surprised when my salmon skin roll appears in front of me magically. :-) This is My Sushi place...
