I was desperately searching for a very specific Tissot mans watch for a birthday gift that was sold out at Tissot online. I called the customer service number and they provided me with a dozen or so phone numbers to jewelry stores, and very large retail shops that sell the Tissot watches. I called numerous shops just to be told they did not have this watch and it would be 6-8 weeks before it would be available. Then, I called Gabe Romo at Gem Jewelers. I told him what I was looking for and unlike all the others he said “let me make a phone call and see if I can find it for you”. And within thirty minutes he was messaging me back and letting me know he had located my watch in a warehouse and could have it overnighted to him in Dallas then to me in Hot Springs, AR !!! Now that is Above & Beyond Customer Service !!! I am beyond happy with my experience with Gem Jewelry and Gabe, and he is now my go to jeweler. Thank You again Gabe……..

My Fiance and I stumbled upon Gem Classics in our search for a jeweler that would create a replica of an Edwardian engagement ring setting for us.

Upon walking in, Gabe greeted us and made us feel at home. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he immediately knew what catalog in his vast selection and, took me to the page with Edwardian settings.

He ordered a sample ring for me to try on and then the customization went from there. Gabe was fantastic at guiding us on an appropriate stone to compliment the setting. He was also very considerate of our budget.

I agreed to not see the ring until my fiance proposed which was 3 months from purchase to proposal. I cannot stop looking at my ring, it's exactly what I imagined and so grateful Gabe listened and honored my request.

I'm looking forward to see what he'll create for my wedding band.
