I had my denture bottom plate break in half again for the 3rd time and I tried to fix them myself but didnt do too good of a job and went to see dr Banks and he was an excellent Dr. And I'm very very pleased how he did. Thank you Dr. Banks you are such a life saver. If you have problems with your dentures go see Dr. Banks he is an amazing exceptional Dr.
After a few months of wearing a new upper plate, I thought it was finally time to comment on how perfect my experience has been.
Everyone is very courteous and professional in dealing with those who feel less than adequate due to dental issues.
I recieved Stellar Service and my mouth and smile have never been better and HAPPIER!
Easy to get appointment.staff extremely nice, Dr Ben included. A bit pricey for the o-rings I needed. $10.00 each exorbitant. I will definitely find another source; since I didn't have a choice at the time I paid it. (Charge - social security limits me). All said, comfortable environment I will drive the necessary distance for these folks. Recommend but know your prices before visiting.
My wife and I have been patients at Dr. Banks’ dental practice since 1993. He’s terrific, and the same goes for his staff. They are buttoned-up and professional, and attentive to getting you in (and out) on time. Janet, the oral hygienist, is great at her job, too. The whole team has my unqualified recommendation.
I drive over an hour to come to this office and it is worth the drive. Dr Banks is very sensitive to people with dental anxiety and is excellent at making sure you are comfortable during extractions and other in-depth procedures. I will be coming back for future examinations and recommend him highly to people that have a neglected dental condition. He doesn't shame and he explains the various treatment options very well. I trust and respect his professional opinion above others in the industry.
