“Shout out to Vinessa and Theandrea! These two ladies work together to ensure that my mom‘s prescription was filled. I tried to handle the matter myself, but to no avail as the pharmacy and operator was nonresponsive. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to try to maintain a person’s mental health without proper medications necessary to do so. It is imperative that doctors, pharmacies, & nurses communicate so that there is no interruption in mental healthcare. Everyone knows this to be true, but whenever the government is involved, they overrun systems without proper staff in place, leaving people like Vinessa & Theandrea doing more than their share of work. It is unfair & unjust for people, like my mom, who rely on them for their healthcare needs. That is why I felt it important to stop and acknowledge Metrocare’s caring & professional staff because if it were not for them, I’m not sure where we would be.”
