I love going here, they are always so friendly and you don't have to wait to use machines. Trainers there are the best and very accommodating. Best gym I've ever been to.

I am new to the gym scene and only been accustomed to the military side of things. Always crowded and active duty have priority and the VA well is the VA and don’t expect much from them but next veteran. The staff answers any questions you have and this place is not crowded. I’m up there in age but working on getting myself back into shape. I love it here and have made new friends who share the same interests. I’m glad I decided to make this my place to work out. I see a little wear on some things but in much better shape than Uncle Sam provided us. I just put in my earbuds and get to work. I really enjoy this place and as you see from my pics I’m assuming there are no waiting issues at all. Trying to get my friends to share in my enthusiasm and work out with me. Such a big difference and worth it!!!

I love this gym! It’s not too big, but not too small. It has a homey feeling about it. Everyone is friendly and nice, and the staff get to know you by first name and take time to talk to you. They always seem to be looking for ways to improve no matter how big or small, and always welcome suggestions. Members are friendly and are good about sharing equipment if needed. Out of all the gyms I’ve been to, this is my favorite!

My church .... of course I love it, my pastor the reverend Javier Escalera will receive them with open arms and a heart ready to love them
