Just Sewer and Drain

I called Scott at 7 pm because I had a toilet that was draining slowly and backing up into the shower. We spoke about the issue and he said he could come out would be there about 8:00. He showed up exactly when he said he would and took a look at the problem. After diagnosing the issue he let me know that the issue was really my 57 year old toilet (it really is 57 years old. It was original to the house). I guess nothing lasts forever. Since he only does sewers and drains and not toilet installs, he suggested I find another plumber that does installs. I asked him if he was sure the line didn't also need to be cleaned out and he assured me that the line was fine and he didn't want me to waste my money. He didn't charge me for the service call either. It is so rare to find honest and punctual service. I felt bad that I wasn't able to give Scott some business this time, however I assure you that he will be my first call whenever I have ANY sewer or drain issue again and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Can't say enough about how professional, honest and courteous he was. You should give him a call if you have a sewer or drain issue.

We had a weekend crisis with the plumbing in my guest bathroom. Nothing would flush, the tub would not empty and the sink would not drain. I like to think I am pretty good with the plunger, but nothing worked with my amateur attempts and YouTube research.

I sent Scott a message at about 930 in the morning on a Sunday, and he said he would be here at 11:30 AM the same day. At 11:30 AM, Scott was here and ready to go. He snaked the tub and the sink from the inside all the way out to my septic tank, but the blockage was still in place. He went to his truck and got the heavy equipment and went to the outside cleanout and snaked it from the outside in and immediately cleared the log jam.

Scott was very professional and offered a firm fixed price before he arrived. He invoiced me for the price he quoted before he arrived. I was very impressed and I am very skeptical of contractors typically. Top-notch service !!!!

Scott was very nice, professional, on time, and informative. After having so many issues with all of our drains, I am confident the issues were resolved, & are working perfect again. He even looked at our bath tub that was pouring out dark flakes in our water, which led us to ultimately quit using it for some time. He ended up finding a pair of tweezers in the pipe! Sooo thankful to have my bath tub working again. Based on the service I received today - yes, I would highly recommend Just Sewer & Drain.

We’ve been having an issue with our kitchen sink whereby water drained slowly and finally stopped draining. After replacing 90% of the parts under the sink I concluded this was an issue I needed professional help with. A co-worker recommended Scott Hubbard and after I explained over the phone what was happening he diagnosed it. He arrived 15 minutes early (Which I appreciated) and during the process of fixing the issue clarified what was being done. He is very knowledgeable, personable and will be the plumber I will always use.

My toilet was backing up because of a clogged line. Called them up late afternoon and received an appointment the next morning. Scott arrived promptly at the set time, unlike most companies that give a 4hr window. In less than an hour my plumbing was good as new. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and the cost was very reasonable for work completed. Will definitely use again in the future.
