Hope Day School

My husband and I could not have been happier with our experience at Hope Day School! Our daughter was enrolled there from six weeks old through 18 months, and would still be there today if we hadn't moved. They offer a safe and loving environment where our daughter thrived, and you can tell how much the teachers and administrative team love the children there! They offer a creative curriculum, teach and foster inclusivity and kindness, and all staff members were very easy to communicate with. They truly want the best for your child and leaving HDS was a hard day for us. I would recommend HDS to anyone looking for exceptional childcare in the Dallas area!

My daughter has been at Oaklawn UMC/Hope Day School since she was 6 months old - she is 3 1/2 years old now. I have been impressed with HDS from the first day. The spirit of the school is special. Each child at school is treated with kindness, respect and are appreciated as the individuals that they are. I love that music is included in the school’s curriculum and that play and discovery are a big part of the school day. Teachers are wonderful and they are such examples of the behaviors that I want my child to emulate - kindness, patience, curiosity, and joy. My daughter loves her school - you can see the joy in her face every day.

As a play therapist and former child care teacher, I am familiar with quality child care. I have visited Hope Day School a couple of times and am impressed by the nurturing environment of well-trained teachers, a beautiful space, nature and art play, and many activities that facilitate the development of the whole child.

We love Hope Day School! Cori and the staff are great and my boys are well taken care of. There is always something new and exciting they can't wait to share with us. Definitely check it out if you are looking for a spot for your little ones.
