She walked me through the process and made sure I understood how to use my new phone. my wife warned her I might be impatient, but she took the time to make sure I was happy. (August 12, 2019, 7:21 pm)I am so lucky every time we go Carlos is there to help us!! I use to live in the neighborhood and now we live about 2hrs away and we still think it’s worth the drive! He takes his time to explain detail by detail to make sure your on the same page. He will show you what all your device has and how to use it. Like what sales rep does that? They explain the details and terms of my new contact and I left with NO questions. I would recommend them two ( and the store) to anyone who is looking for great customer service and good service. (July 20, 2019, 2:00 am)I came in and upgraded my phone a while back. I was assisted by Tabatha and Phae. Recently they looked out for me and helped me understand my plan a little better. They were busy and still made time to break my bill down and help me understand my purchase, they were very personable. I feel like family each time. Thanks for all the help ladies!
(May 6, 2019, 9:30 am)I visited this location after the previous T mobile store did not have the phone I wanted to buy. I was promptly greeted by Alex and he wanted to know what he could do to help me. I informed him I was just at another location and was told they had the phone I needed in stock. I then proceeded to ask him if there were any other phones i would be eligible for with my upgrade. He told me definitely. i ended up getting the phone I really wanted but was told at other location I couldn't have. I was not only pleased about getting the phone I wanted but the exceptional customer service that Alex and Phaedra provided. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. This by far was the best customer service I have had with a T Mobile location. I have been a customer for over eight years. This will be my store for any future needs. Thanks Alex and Phaedra for being so awesome.
