  How I love Balancing Energy; I could never count the ways. Lisa and her team have build an oasis in Dallas for beginning as experienced yogis alike. I came here when I was starting out my enjoyment of yoga and Pilates and boy has my love blossomed since. Every instructor is incredible and had a different approach/style to accommodate all levels of skill. I take Alex’s lunchtime when I need a reprieve from my work day and a concentrated challenge. Stephanie makes me sweat and calm all at once.
  I travel for work and am sometimes gone for months from yoga but every time I walk in the door, it’s like a friend from years past is greeting me, or rather a family. RUN don’t walk to this boutique affordable yoga experience at Balancing Energy. You will forever be better for it.

  This place is awesome! I'd been searching around for a yoga studio and chose this one. I'm glad I did. It has great energy and feels quaint and personal. I love the heated studio. You get a good yoga practice and then are able to relax and unwind. I would totally recommend to a friend.

  Lisa is awesome!! I go to the 8:00 Saturday morning vinyasa class and love it! Lisa has the perfect combination of playfulness and calming techniques that really make you feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable of the body and where your poses need to be. Great for beginners or if you just want to start your morning off right.
