(May 27, 2019, 1:09 am)I came in on a busy Sunday evening and it seemed liked there was only one server, he was very professional and let us know the kitchen was a bit backed up so we ordered drinks. Everything came out delicious, Christopher took such great care of us.
(May 5, 2019, 3:45 pm)A cozy little spot just south of White Rock Lake. Definitely go to the back patio, where you'll forget that your near the city at all. Good food and beer selection and staff is friendly.
(April 19, 2019, 11:17 am)- Drink menu is very good. They put a lot of effort into a large variety of craft cocktails. Plenty of wine options and beer is decent. Nice to see the focus on Dallas & Texas beers.
- Floor Staff has been fantastic the last few times we've been in. Everyone has been knowledgeable about the menu items and incredibly accommodating.
- The food is creative but has a welcome familiar tone and they are always willing to make alterations which has provided us with some especially nice dining experiences.
- Decor is great. Patio is very nice. Music wasn't too loud but would just as soon it was turned off if the live music next door is loud enough to hear, otherwise it just becomes noise.
- Local Traveller I has certainly matured and I am looking forward to enjoying more time on the patio.

What an amazing experience. from the valet to the hostess to the bartender to the chef....and then the meal and the drinks Local Traveler is a place you won't want to miss. Easy to get a reservation in advance but fills up quickly as the place is quite quaint.
