Elan at Bluffview

Yoooooo what’s good y’all? I was a resident here a couple years ago under different management. I’m not going to speak on the current employees, only my experiences.

It was awesome having chick fila and jimmy johns close enough to walk to. I can’t tell you enough how clutch that is when you want food, but don’t feel like cooking or driving or paying delivery fees (btw please remember to tip your delivery drivers).

Location is amazing, quick access to both airports, respectable gyms are close, fitness center at the complex is cool for getting A workout in but more equipment or better equipment would’ve been appreciated.

I was in the 2 and 2 loft, very spacious. Very expensive… but it wasn’t always like that. Our complex had a mixture of great people with average money. It had soul to it.

Bottom line, I recommend this place based on appearance and location. Unless security measures have changed, yes break in’s will happen to cars. It happens all over dfw. Take steps to protect your stuff and you SHOULD be fine.

After inquiring about a 1 bedroom apartment in the Bluffview area, Elan @ Bluffview was hands down the best building to lease at! Gabbi was the most professional and friendliest leasing agent i’ve spoke to. She was extremely knowledgeable about the property as well as gave me all of the information I needed. I won’t be looking to move for a few months, but because of Gabbi, I’ll be moving to Elan @ Bluffview in the spring of 2024. Thank you Gabbi!
