All of the staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Latham was very compassionate and explained in detail, all of my options.
Due to expense and procedures needed I chose to see my primary physician on Tuesday. (They didn't take my insurance.)
Was very pleased with how professional and quick the check-in process was handled.

Everything was super clean. Everyone has such a great bedside manner. I’m not from this area and was worried about going some place new but they took great care of me. I would definitely recommend this place.

This healthcare facility was not the average norm with wait times and rude staff at the desk. I found every single person from the front desk to the Dr. a great experience. I felt genuinely cared for and this team did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable with my medical issue. I was so grateful. The team is well trained and knowledgeable which also helps. The Dr did not even blink and eye about what needed to happen. He walked me through every step. It was well worth the copay and the drive. I will never go anywhere else for emergency care.

Just WOW!!! I have never had such a positive experience at an ER in my life. They are fantastic. They truly care about their patients getting better. It was so refreshing to see medical staff with such positive attitude in the middle of a pandemic. Im not sure how they keep such great attitudes but I am so incredibly impressed. I was having auto immune disease issues and they listened to my needs, they did everything they could to make comfortable. They kept me over night and took the best care of me. I left feeling much better. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! Like I said WOW!!!

I highly recommend ER NEAR ME! They staff is very friendly! I had questions about insurance and Selina was very nice and took the time to explain my benefits! And Robin made sure I was being well taken care of! Thank you so much for quick results! Gave me peace of mind!
