Loren was very helpful explaining the different Hunter Douglas products in their showroom. She helped me decide which ones to order. Colin came out to measure my windows but the window sills and sides were not quite finished from the remodeling project. So he suggested that he come back when the windows were completely done so that the measurements would be more accurate. The installer did a good job, gave me options on some of the details, and demonstrated how to operate the window coverings. I am very pleased with the service and the window coverings look great. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Hunter Douglas products.

We are in reno mode at our house and have started with blinds. We went to Ross Howard Designs based on the recommendation of a work colleague. What a great experience! Professional, courteous, and state of the art inventory. Owner Colin came to our house to do all the measuring personally and the custom built blinds themselves arrived a few weeks earlier than projected. The installer did a perfect job. Next step will be the bedroom and laundry room shades, followed by full length shears for sliding glass doors. These products are not inexpensive, but for us the quality and service make the investment a smart one.

We had specific needs for our bedroom and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! Thank you to Colin and Loren for your guidance and all the attention to detail! You really hit a home run for us! The folks at Ross Howard Designs were very helpful, professional, and responsive to our need for window coverings in a hurry. Loren showed me many options in the show room and allowed me to test out all my favorites among the displays. Then Loren had quotes with two different options ready for me to choose from that afternoon. And Colin managed to squeeze in an appointment the very next day to come out and measure everything even though it was the day before Thanksgiving!
The installation went very smoothly too. The two-man team was very professional and friendly. They worked quickly and clean - they had pads to protect our floors, removed all packaging debris, and even vacuumed around spots where they had to drill. Everything went up where it was supposed to go and looks great!
Also want to mention that everyone was very understanding and kind to my 4-year-old who was sometimes underfoot during the entire process.
