Going on my 3rd year at this apartment and looking forward to another year. Any issues I’ve had with appliances or anything else Emily has been easy to reach and has made sure things were fixed in a timely manner. Looking at the reviews before moving in i was a little hesitant to sign but here i am 3 years later. Highly recommend especially the location being new to Dallas

I love that this place is my first apartment I’ve ever stayed in that was so quiet and homey. The leasing office is great and always communicates with my partner and I. They also know us by name which makes us feels very welcoming whenever we come by. Even with the negative reviews you get to experience a good safe environment to live if you don’t see for yourself. ❤️

Barbara in the leasing office has been nothing but helpful to me and my roommate when we were in search for our first apartment. She was knowledgeable about everything and goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy living here. Maintenance is quick to fix things, and the leasing office is really good about making sure all residents needs are met. Amazing prices especially for the area and how nice of an apartment you get. Highly recommend Barbara and these apartments!
