“The Kensington Square Apartments are a decent and affordable place to live. When I first visit, I fell in love with their model apartment and took some info with me. The next day, a leasing agent called me to let me know they just received notice the price had gone down for leasing on the unit I was interested in, so I jumped on it! Pros include a nice light brown color of paint on the walls, a beautiful mirrored wall, and a full size laundry room! I had a two bedroom, two bath. The walk-in closet was very nice and having a full size laundry room was something I couldn't find anywhere else! In my year of staying there, I did have a few maintenance problems, but most of the time the maintenance men were quick to help me. One time I had an issue with my washer dryer and he gave me advice on how to fix it even though it was my personal one, not owned by the complex. The complex has two sides, Phase I & II. I lived in the one that was across the street from the leasing office. The one by the leasing office has a nicer pool, but both are nice. All neighbors are pretty friendly and quiet! If I could change one thing, I would put a light/fan in the living room! There is not one, so at night you'll need a lamp!”

Everything was extremely well organised with efficient staff . Results came on time, entire exam procedure was quick for speaking too examiners were good. Don’t judge it on reviews.”

“I had a great visit with Ace Acevedo this afternoon. The office was clean and fresh, I was greeted promptly by the friendly staff. I was seen quickly, and Ace took the time to explain what he was looking at on my skin. He showed me pictures and allayed my concerns over some questionable moles. He made sure all of my questions were answered and did not make me feel rushed. I felt well taken care of and valued as a patient. All of the staff was professional and courteous. “Jack is the definition of a full service realtor. We've relied on Jack's expertise to buy and sell 2 houses in the Dallas area for both personal and investment purposes, and we will use him again. He's a friendly person who knows the market inside and out and a sharp negotiator who manages details well. The factor that sets him apart is his dedication to making clients happy. An example--we moved out of the area and the rental house we were selling needed minor landscaping. When the landscaper was a no-show, Jack took it upon himself to head to the home improvement store, get some mulch himself, and spread it in the front beds and do trimming to add some curb appeal so we could get some photos and get the property on the market without losing any time. We also encountered a hiccup with some paperwork which would've pushed out our closing date at least 6 weeks. Jack stood in line to file the papers in questions for us and got it done in 2 hours! I also can't say enough about my trust in Jack during contract negotiations. This is a critical time where clients can gain or lose money in a very short period of time. He always makes sure we are fully prepared and presents different scenarios with all of the info and possible outcomes so that we can make a smart decision. Besides being talented at what he does with real estate, he is just a fun guy to drive around with looking at houses. He has a lot of stories about different neighborhoods and ideas about architecture, which he studied in school. He made a suggestion to finish out the attic in the first house we purchased, which led us to add 400 square feet of finished space to the home with very little investment, which made us a nice return when we sold awhile later.”

“I used this mechanical shop because it was the closest for AAA towing and had great reviews. I am so thankful to have my car fixed quickly and to have encountered such a friendly staff. Although I appreciate how thorough this shop was with figuring out the issue with my vehicle, the $165 diagnostic fee is pretty steep! I can’t imagine paying this fee on top of the costs of fixing my car at this shop in the future. All in all, I’m glad to have my car back in good shape.”
