Quick service in all three aspects, dropping off, (new customer as well) clean time and picking up. Was told by desk attendant of price difference between laundry and dry cleaning which I thought was considerate instead of just going for more expensive service. I did however in this case want dry cleaning for "special occasion " shirts. Will definitely use them again.
I’ve used Faulkner’s for years, but had not been back since the pandemic began. I used other cleaners in the last few years and had sticker shock and clothes that didn’t look clean at the pick-up. Last week I brought Faulkner’s my favorite blazer and the blazer now looks clean and wearable! Faulkner’s did a great job and still has the most reasonable prices, which was an extra nice surprise!

They worked especially hard on my daughter’s wedding dress train, which was more soiled than most because of muddy areas created at the indoor/outdoor venue by off-and-on showers all day long! The people have always been helpful, pleasant and courteous to all of my family and we have never had an item lost or damaged over all those decades! Always well-cleaned, well-pressed and fast, friendly service. Reasonable prices. Found Faulkner’s before I moved to Dallas three years ago because my daughter needed alterations on a garment.
