The sales guy and the finance guy were both phenomenally helpful, friendly, and professional. I went in for a test drive of one vehicle but then saw another comparable one on the lot. I bought an older model (2012) car with significant mileage and the expected wear and tear. They offered it "as is" or said they could get some of the "nice to have" repairs done at a discounted cost. They weren't dealbreakers and I needed to get the car quickly. They tolerated my 8,000+ emails as I negotiated financing with my bank. It was a terrific experience and I'd totally recommend Elite Autos on Floyd in Dallas.
