They were already expecting me when I got there. Had my phone fixed in less than 3 hours. Handled my insurance claim. It was a nearly hassle-free experience. Just wish there were a location near Mesquite so I didn't have to drive close to downtown or to Plano.

Fantastic customer service. They were able to fix my cellphone in less than two hours (I had cracked the screen). I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I will return if I have problems in the future with this, or any other, cellphone, this place will be my first stop.

Super fast and great service!! I have used them multiple times since I am a serial phone dropper and every time they do a great job. Each time I had to go back was due to my own negligence of not using a good case or not putting a screen protector on. Quick and test the screen out with you while you are there. Never had an issue with their screens either. Won't go anywhere else!
