(December 19, 2022, 10:27 am)I give 5 stars for the staff. The nurses were amazing, the doctor was very kind and had a good bedside manner. I don't think you could ever pay these people enough for burning the midnight oil under such a stressful environment as an emergency department. A special breed. But, and this has nothing to do with the front staff and clinicians, the wait time is crazy long. I don't know why they understaff to such an extent. The physician you could tell was stretched and it was 7 hours from arrival to leaving to get a head CT and staples for a head laceration. 7 hours...is too long. Also the ER was not packed at all, there were maybe 5-10 people scattered around the waiting room with us.
