  Ray Alvarez at the store in Dallas on 8520 Abrams Rd #108 was the store representative that helped me. He was. VERY patient and took time to help me in making the BEST decisions. I purchased 5 devices (3 iPhones 1- iPhones XS Max, 2-iPhone XR, 1-Series 4 Apple Watch and 1- iPad Pro 13". It's nerve racking to spend this much money at once, but Ray made me feel good about my decisions.
  
  I was in the store for over 6 hours and retuned the next day for an hour and Ray was extremely helpful...even coming in on his day off to get my devices up and running!!!
  
  I live in Garland and by-passed several AT&T stores to shop at the store on Abrams...I do not regret the drive across town!!! Please let Ray Alvarez know how helpful he was. I have been an AT&T customer for over 15 years...having employees like Ray is what will KEEP your customers.

  After many hours on the ‘phone’ and getting nothing resolved I went to my neighborhood AT&T store. Rey answered all my questions in a way that I understood the plans Ihad in place and even helped me bundle my programs. I was treated with utmost respect by Rey and also Dylan. My experience wss a GREAT one.

I entered the store and was politely welcomed by Andrew. He assisted me with the unlocked phone I had purchase elsewhere.

So I dropped it off tonight around 5:45 at the Ocean Springs, MS store on Bienville The guy at the store said he would take care of it.
