(August 11, 2019, 10:52 pm)I lived there till end of 2016. I had no issues with neighbors, it was quiet, maintenance were good and quick. Had no issues with mgmt. AC was working great in the hot days. Prior to that I lived in 2 different complexes in the same area of Dallas which I would rate 1 out of 5 and the 2 different in Arlington and Bedford, which I would rate 1 and 2 out of 5,and Bedford ones are supposedly very good community. Azul was really top notch, and I m very picky about the AC, or noisy and lout neighbors. No issues there whatsoever. I would move there again if I didnt have to stay closer in mid-cities there.
(April 11, 2019, 3:13 pm)I don't know why the reviews are not higher! Really fast maintenance service!! I have lived as a resident for the past 3 years and the new ownership has really turned the apartment complex around!! If you're looking for a pest free apartment look no further!! The only con I have had since I've lived here are really high electric bills in the cold months. Well over 250.00 if using TXU. Poor insulation
