They had a sale and it took a few days to receive my order . I was going to be out of town she emailed them about my concern. They sure made it right!! They made sure I was happy and well taken care of... for me, great customer service is what will keep bringing me back. There's plenty of fo/wax suppliers.. you can't buy great customer service, it's earned. They earned my loyalty as a customer. Great products all the way around.
