  My experience with this Verizon store was beyond excellent! The manager and staff were incredibly helpful and super friendly as I walked through the process of my phone not working and having to get a replacement. When I came in the following day to get the SIM card switched over, they remembered details about my case and made me feel welcomed and joked about me not dropping my phone any more ???? 15/10 on the experience! This is the store I'll go to for all my phone needs! Thank you!

  Roy and Perry made getting a new phone super straightforward and easy. It's always nice to get great customer service, and I definitely loved that I've never needed to wait at this location.

  This location’s customer experience is outstanding. I switched from T-Mobile and Victor was more than patient and eager to help me switch. He was very genuine, caring and cute lol. Gilbert was awesome and helped me out when Victor had to step away and helped fix an activation issue with my new iPad. Silvia had a glow when she walked up and was able to help out with my experience by answering a troubleshooting question I’ve had. This store is greatly enthusiastic and eager to help their customers to the best of their ability and can’t ask for anything better.
