Had no wait during our visit and the establishment was very clean and well maintained. Can highly recommend this location for everyone looking for excellent food and great service.
(June 9, 2019, 2:37 pm)I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and some soup from them. When they brought I out, they left the chicken out of the salad. Not a big deal, so I called and told them. They were very apologetic and said they would bring another one right out (or issue me a credit). I asked them to bring another salad out. They brought it out very quickly. Not only did they bring out the salad, they also brought out a complimentary brownie sundae with a nice note on the container. This is customer service at its finest. The food has always been great but this is above and beyond. Thanks Picassos team!!!!
(June 2, 2019, 5:10 pm)I placed a delivery order for the first time with Picasso’s. The website said they did not deliver to my area but I called and the lady that answered was very nice and said she would check. They did deliver to my area and so I placed my order. I received a call when my order was at my apt gate and the driver Diego was very polite. He got my food to me in a timely manner and it was delicious!! I’d say that between the customer service and the great food I will definitely be ordering from here frequently! Check them out!
