I compared other reviews to other clinics and give it a chance. I couldn't be more pleased with how gentle friendly and professional staff was and how quickly everything transpired and how clean the facility was. As it turned out whenever everything was said and done in my unavoidable grief, I discovered that some family and friends of mine have use the same clinic and we're glad to hear that I had such a traumatic experience in such a reputable place. The only thing I hated is the audacious protesters which I was able to hear in the procedure room thank goodness for the anti-anxiety medication but I was still left mentally and emotionally vulnerable. once the protesters volumes could be heard from inside the nurses called the police and hopes to have them escorted away from their property but as it was explained to me is they were not on the technical property but yelling loud enough to be heard from the inside. I suggest bringing earplugs with you if you're going to use this clinic because you can close your eyes but you can't close your ears otherwise. But if I had to get another one I would go back for sure
I can not express how amazing this clinic staff was. The staff, nurses, counselors, and doctor were all so nice, non-judgmental, informative, and overall just very calming. The price is a bit expensive, $800 in total(done less than 10 weeks LMP) for either the surgical or medical procedure. The initial visit you fill out and sign all your paperwork and get a sonogram where they’ll go over the risks of both procedures and decide which method you want. You’ll then schedule your second appointment and be asked to wait to see a counselor which for me was the longest part, I was done with all the other stuff in less than an hour but had to wait about two more hours to see the counselor. With the counselor you’ll go a little more in depth about your procedure and how you’re feeling. I really felt like they cared about their patients and weren’t just trying to make money, they are very reassuring and brought me a lot of peace during a very stressful time. I had anticipated the second appointment to take a long time but I was very surprised with how quickly I was in and out. I never once felt like they rushed anything though, I still felt very safe and calm during all of it, they are just very efficient. For your second appointment you have to have a driver if you’re doing the surgical procedure, you’ll fill out their information and then pay. Then you get taken into the back where they do your IV and give you some medication. From there you go into the prep/recovery area. Here you get prepared for your procedure and given more medicine and the anesthesia (if you want that). Then you get wheeled into the procedure room and talk to a counselor and a nurse for a little bit while they check your vitals, and then you have the actual procedure which was all over in less than 5 minutes. When you’re done you go into the recovery area where you just rest for a little bit while they make sure everything went good and you’re not bleeding too much or cramping too bad and they’ll call your driver to make sure they’re outside or on the way. They also do help with birth control methods so they’ll talk to you about that.
I didn’t get a chance to thank the counselor that was in there with me, so Rach if you read this thank you so much for the peace you brought me. Also I’m sorry for misgendering you, I shouldn’t have assumed your pronouns. Robin and Dr. Gilbert thank you too for being so sweet. Really the whole staff here is so great.
The staff were very friendly and informative. They made me feel 110% safe and welcomed and comfortable. They truly do care for their patients and their health and wellness. Would STRONGLY recommend if you are thinking for having an abortion. The process can be tough and emotional, but the staff and doctors and team make everything super welcome and they do not judge. On the form they even ask for your preferred pronouns! They make sure you are comfortable through the whole process.wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!!
I’d give this place 100 stars if I could. Everyone is so nice and reassuring. Abortion is not an easy decision to make and these women offer constant guidance and reassurance. My nurse Faith was one of the nicest most understanding people I’ve ever met. The procedure while uncomfortable was quick and they work hard to manage your pain and make sure you’re okay before discharge. If you’re considering abortion I HIGHLY recommend this place.
This place is wonderful! I was so scared and nervous before coming here but they exceeded my expectations and made my experience a breeze. The nurses are all so nice and helpful and I was talked through the whole process by my bedside. First visit took 1 hour and 15 minutes and second visit was 1 hour and 30 minutes even with me showing up late. They are quick and efficient! This was the hardest decision I’ve ever made in life but the staff here made it easy for me. They are pricey but they do offer assistance. Thank you for the wonderful service!!
